Expert Windows Desktop Professional

We are seeking a skilled Windows desktop engineer to join our team. This role will involve providing expert-level technical support and guidance to clients in Canberra, Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 Pro Plus) including servicing, update channels, and M365 licensing.
- Configure and manage Windows 11, Intune, and Group Policy settings, including Advanced Group Policy Management.
- Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Access Management (MAM) through Intune.
- Design and maintain SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging, and patching using MECM (SCCM) and Intune.
- Expert knowledge of Windows 11, Intune, and Group Policy configuration.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Access Management (MAM) through Intune.
- MECM (SCCM) and Intune skills including SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging, and patching.
