Job Title: Senior Windows Desktop Engineer
We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Windows Desktop Engineer. This role involves designing, developing, maintaining and providing Level 3 support for Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including desktop software and device configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reliable SOE solutions that meet business needs and standards
- Package and deploy applications across supported environments
- Manage automated patching and update processes to ensure system stability and security
- Provide expert technical advice on various platforms and services
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated from service desk and Level 2 support teams
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth integration and policy compliance
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 ProPlus)
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, and Group Policy management
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) using Intune
- Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune, including SOE creation, application packaging, and patching
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
