Financial Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the branch's daily operations and relevant financial information with accuracy and attention to detail. They will establish and maintain the branch's fiscal record, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, utilizing intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel abilities. The ideal candidate will ensure job functions operate in accordance with internal policies, meeting targets and deadlines on a daily basis.
We seek a Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business/Accounting holder, with strong communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to speak and write Mandarin would be an advantage. Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fiscal records.
- Administrate transactions, products, and services.
- Provide administrative support.
Required Skills:
