- Champion inclusive employment practices to drive workforce diversity and inclusion.
- Engage with employers to address skill shortages and facilitate workplace adjustments to support clients.
- Broker work experience to build client skills and assess employer-client compatibility.
- Prepare workplaces to support and retain clients via training and disability confidence initiatives.
- Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
- Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities and promote services supporting people with disability.
