
Administrative Support Professional

The position of Administration Assistant is available immediately, with a focus on long-term employment for the right candidate.
- Initial point of contact for all customers in the showroom
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting sales representatives with quote generation
- Data entry and management tasks
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Utilizing computer software including Excel and Word
- Providing support to team members as needed
- Performing general administrative duties and maintaining office cleanliness
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of prior receptionist experience
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience with MYOB is highly desirable.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm; Friday, 9am-4pm. Occasional weekend work may be required.
