As a Research and Development Director, you will spearhead the creation of innovative training solutions that drive organisational excellence. Your visionary approach will be instrumental in shaping our research strategies and delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement forward-thinking research initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance our training offerings.
- Leverage your expertise in project management to oversee multiple research projects, prioritising goals and meeting commercial deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver cutting-edge training programmes, showcasing your leadership and project management skills.
- Analyse the effectiveness of our research activities and provide expert advice to clients on qualitative and quantitative research methods and adult learning principles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and assess implications for our organisation and its training solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on research and development of training content and delivery methods.
- Preferably a Master's degree indicating your comprehensive understanding of research methods.
