Job Title: Overnight Hotel All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Overnight Hotel All Rounder to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests across various departments, including Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Front Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean public areas of the hotel to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare, cook, and deliver ordered meals and snacks to our guests.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure security policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
  • Strong ability to provide exceptional service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work across different departments, taking on varied tasks and responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software, such as Opera.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • High standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Hold a valid QLD RSA certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends, with minimal supervision.
