At W Brisbane, we are currently hiring Full Time and Part Time Hotel Stewards to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. As a Hotel Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations.
  • Washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
  • Cleaning and mopping all areas throughout the kitchen.
  • Following all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and reporting maintenance needs to manager.
