Job Summary
At Quality People and Training Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and families in a clinic-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental and functional needs of paediatric clients
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address client needs
Provide evidence-based interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills
Collaborate with families to ensure holistic care and consistent progress monitoring
Manage caseload efficiently, meeting weekly billable hour targets while maintaining quality of care
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience working with paediatric clients, preferably in a clinic-based setting
Strong understanding of paediatric development and occupational therapy interventions
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
