Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team in Hervey Bay, Australia. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring effective progress monitoring and timely adjustments.
  • Educate clients and their families about strategies and techniques to support independence and improve quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, facilitating seamless collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility to apply (completed stage 1 desktop assessment).
  • English exam certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary package of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, is available for this exciting opportunity.
