This is an exciting opportunity for an allied health assistant to join the paediatric team at Little Village Therapy. You will work as part of a team to provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with a wide range of developmental, physical and cognitive needs. Being an AHA at Little Village Therapy involves:

- Varied paediatric caseload with increasing opportunities to work with adult population, both in clinic and in the community
- Mentoring and training with our highly experienced Principal OT

**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct sessions planned by OT at school or clinic environments
- Collaborate with parents, teachers and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops for children and their families
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Admin/receptionist roles

- Some knowledge of occupational therapy principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
