- Client Coordination: Receive client inquiries in-office or at court and refer them to specialists as needed. Provide information and referrals to clients and legal practitioners about our services.
- Case Management: Update and maintain our case management system, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Appointment Management: Manage client appointments, including video conferencing and telephone bookings.
- Financial Administration: Perform financial administration tasks such as processing invoices and handling cash.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Client-Focused: Ability to provide client-focused services in a sensitive environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly with disadvantaged groups.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and word processing tools.
- Team-Oriented: Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative and/or reception support (ideally in a legal environment).
- Knowledge of Legal Procedures: Knowledge of legal procedures and systems is highly desirable.
