Industry Employment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industry Employment Partner to join our team at WISE Employment Ltd. As an Industry Employment Partner, you will play a key role in building relationships with employers in the community care industry and increasing employment opportunities for our customers living with a disability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers in the community care industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase employment outcomes for our customers
- Work collaboratively with our customers and colleagues to deliver high-quality employment services
- Develop and deliver industry-specific workshops and information sessions to our customers
- Build and maintain partnerships with manufacturing employers to increase employment opportunities for WISE customers
As an Industry Employment Partner at WISE Employment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be provided with a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary, motor vehicle benefit, and not-for-profit salary packaging.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong relationships with customers and employers
- Ability to travel to work sites as required
