We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industry Employment Liaison to join our team at WISE Employment Ltd. As an Industry Employment Liaison, you will play a key role in building relationships with employers in the community care industry and increasing employment opportunities for our customers living with a disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers in the community care industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase employment outcomes for our customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver relevant industry workshops and information sessions to our customers
  • Facilitate partnerships with manufacturing employers to increase employment opportunities for WISE customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to work sites as required
