Medical Professional for Workplace Assessments

The role of an Occupational Health Advisor is to deliver high-quality medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services to various industries. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive workforce medicals and assessments to ensure employees are fit for work and compliant with industry health standards.
- Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals.
- Maintain accurate health records and collaborate with stakeholders, including Doctors and other health professionals, to deliver a streamlined health assessment service.
- Provide a client-centric approach to health assessments and support the development of best practices.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Have experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting (desirable but not essential).
- Possess strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
- Excel in administration, case management, and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
