Customer Service Representative at Perth Airport

Casual positions available in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in our retail stores located at Perth Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to meet customer needs.
  • Operate cash handling systems, including accurate assessment of applicable charges and physical wrapping of baggage.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory management.
  • Promote product and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early morning, afternoon, and night shifts during weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain good communication and cooperation with colleagues.
  • Highly motivated individual who is able to work autonomously.
  • Australian Security Identification Card (ASIC Card) and full vaccination against COVID-19.
