We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Perth Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport security checkpoints.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all passengers
- Screening customers at security checkpoints efficiently
- Maintaining compliance with security and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Female identifying individuals are required to screen female passengers through Perth Airport
- Previous experience in customer service or a strong interest in working in a dynamic airport environment
- A willingness to commit to completing company-provided training to gain a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection or currently hold a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.91 per hour plus penalties
- The opportunity to be part of a new nationally recognized course in Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
- Gaining advanced knowledge of aviation security terminology and theory requirements prior to commencement of employment, with practical training to follow on-site at the airport
