Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates who align with our organizational values.
  • Develop and execute retention initiatives that support our growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the scheduling team to identify workforce gaps and address them strategically.
  • Foster positive employee engagement and morale.
  • Support senior management in employee retention and development efforts.
  • Assist in the design and execution of training programs.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with government funding in the healthcare sector or a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of SCHADS, nurses award, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Experience in professional development training, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record in successful recruitment initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Availability to participate in the on-call team.

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
