Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates who align with our organizational values.
- Develop and execute retention initiatives that support our growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to identify workforce gaps and address them strategically.
- Foster positive employee engagement and morale.
- Support senior management in employee retention and development efforts.
- Assist in the design and execution of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with employee training requirements and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with government funding in the healthcare sector or a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of SCHADS, nurses award, and relevant employment legislation.
- Experience in professional development training, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in successful recruitment initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Availability to participate in the on-call team.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in the field.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Commitment to learning and embodying our core values.
- Valid driver's license and comprehensive car insurance.
- National police clearance.
