Lead Retail Team

We are looking for a talented and experienced retail professional to lead our team in a key market.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our business as a leader, responsible for delivering sales growth and driving customer engagement across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating high-performing teams.

Your territory

You will be responsible for overseeing our presence in major department stores, working closely with store leadership and visual merchandising teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across your cluster of locations
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Stylists
  • Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
  • Manage rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget
  • Oversee store visual merchandising standards, fixtures, POS, and promotional setups
  • Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations
  • Develop strong relationships with store leadership and VM teams
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
  • Support seasonal range reviews and promotional planning

Key Competencies

  • Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
  • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
  • A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
