The post holder will provide daily support to tenants of this sheltered living scheme, assisting them in living independently. They will liaise directly with tenants, their relatives and healthcare services while managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support tenants in living independently within the sheltered living scheme.
  • Coordinate with tenants, relatives and healthcare services to maintain a safe environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least one year's recent experience in professional support or care services.
  • Ability to organize and maintain records effectively.
  • Administration qualification; housing or support/care qualification.
  • Recent experience supporting older people, particularly retirees.
Further Information

The role is based in Newcastle in County Down, initially at Craignagore. We are seeking a permanent employee to work 37 hours per week.
