About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, and maintaining our branch warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales and orders, and prepare customer quotes
  • Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock
  • Deliver customer orders around the local area
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team

Requirements

  • Open Driver's license and ideally a forklift license
  • Intermediate computing skills
  • No prior plumbing industry experience required, but some retail experience would be beneficial
  • A team player with a hard-working, humble, and results-driven attitude
