The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, strategic, and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of seven, including three direct reports, to develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee paid media, SEO, UX/UI, website development and optimisation, marketing automation, email marketing, and martech solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with business goals.
  • Optimise digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations through reporting and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in senior digital marketing roles, leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience in digital transformation and project management.
  • Strong analytical and data visualisation skills.
  • Proficient in digital metrics, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, Google and Meta ads, and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitecore.
  • Salesforce certifications are desirable.
  • Be an excellent stakeholder manager and possess strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
