Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive maintenance professional to carry out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience in building or property maintenance, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property always looks its best and operates smoothly
  • Coordinating and supervising external contractors to deliver high-quality results
  • Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
  • Keeping accurate records of daily work and service schedules to inform decision-making
