The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of branding and culture, and the ability to drive business results through education and hands-on training.

Key responsibilities will include managing the ongoing development and delivery of the TAF retail training program, including in-store and online training, seminars, and conferences.

The ideal candidate will be able to consult, influence, and engage stakeholders to support the transfer of learning to the workplace.

  • Experience in developing training content
  • Experience in the management, coordination, and facilitation of training workshops and initiatives
  • People management experience
  • An experienced facilitator
  • Proficient in MS Office
