**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Fork Force Australia.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills in generating parts sales to internal and external customers, while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to respond to customer enquiries, interpret customer requirements, and provide positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Attend to internal & external enquiries through counter sales, email, or phone calls.
  • Inventory Control: Schedule and execute regular stocktakes for both main warehouses and Field Service Technicians' vans.
  • Packing and Shipping: Ensure timely and efficient packing and shipping of orders.
  • General Warehousing Duties: Perform various tasks related to warehousing, including replenishment of Field Service Technician's van stock.
  • Quote Provision: Provide quotes to the Service Department to assist with customer repair quotes.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of previous spare parts interpreting experience is highly regarded.
  • Forklift Industry experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent Communication and Mechanical skills.
  • Forklift License preferred but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and Baseplan software experience are desirable.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and time management proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
