The Royal Children's Hospital seeks a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to wards, as well as participating in outpatient rotations and sterile production.

We are seeking a Registered Pharmacist with significant experience in hospital pharmacy, particularly in specialist paediatrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to wards, including medication management and patient education
  • Participate in outpatient rotations, including children's cancer centre and clinical trials
  • Contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy services and guidelines
  • Supervise and train pharmacy interns and students

Requirements:

  • Registration to practice as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Significant experience in hospital pharmacy, particularly in specialist paediatrics
  • Strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
