Indigenous Banking Service Liaison

Role Overview
This role is a great opportunity to work with Indigenous customers and communities, providing them with inclusive self-service banking options. You will build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring mob have access to the Bank’s wide range of products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be on the phone to customers, delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll answer questions about their banking, promote our self-service options, and identify issues and service gaps.
You’ll also work with stakeholders, Community and Government Services, to support the bigger picture of assisting Indigenous customers with their everyday banking.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer and community engagement skills.
- Ability to work in collaboration with communities, stakeholders, and other government and non-government agencies.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent attention to detail.
