To support this growth, we are seeking an accomplished Product Marketing Manager to join our Brisbane team.

Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in developing and driving the brand's go-to-market strategies, focusing on its flagship pet line and soon-to-be-released products. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the brand asset library, leading product marketing initiatives, and driving product sales. This role combines strategic planning, product development, and hands-on project management, offering the chance to lead and mentor within the marketing team and contribute significantly to the brand's global development.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to define the overall brand roadmap, including the development of new propositions that drive customer advocacy and product adoption.
  • You will manage the NPD and innovation pipeline, as well as lead competitor analysis and market intelligence efforts.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including agencies and suppliers locally and internationally.
  • You will support the refinement of the customer's online journey.
About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience managing NPD projects and taking new products to market. Experience with either the Stage Gate Process or Agile Project Management is essential. While this is not an ecommerce-specific role, knowledge of Shopify would be highly beneficial.
