We are seeking experienced and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team in an aged care facility located in Dulwich Hill, NSW.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing meal service to elderly residents, cleaning of the kitchen, serveries and dining room set up, adhering to quality assurance documents and assisting the Chef and Chef Manager as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

Aged care experience is desirable but not necessary. The successful applicant must have received at least 2 doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine and provide a current NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to apply for one.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

Providing meal service to elderly residents

">

Cleaning of kitchen, serveries and dining room set up

">

Adhering to and completing quality assurance documents

">

Washing dishes and plating of meals

">

Preparing salads and sandwiches in the main kitchen

">

Function set up and clear down

">

Assist the Chef and Chef Manager as required in day-to-day tasks
