Your Impact
  • Provide visionary leadership to Area Managers, Enrolments, and Research teams, driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.
  • Oversight of financial performance across services, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, staff wellbeing, and service quality, while championing diversity and inclusion.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance enrolments, streamline processes, and elevate the customer experience.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field (postgraduate studies welcome).
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
  • At least 8 years' experience, including 3+ years leading diverse and dynamic teams.
  • A track record in operational strategy, financial management, and scaling services.
  • Confidence in building strong partnerships, influencing outcomes, and navigating complex environments.
  • Experience leading teams through change, with a focus on innovation and quality outcomes.
