Lead Visionary Projects

We're a strategy, design and innovation consultancy working to create public value through design. Our mission is to shift the needle on the UN Sustainable Development Goals by designing sustainable futures with governments, organisations and communities.

In this role, you'll lead project teams and clients in delivering design-led projects, forming part of our collaborative and dynamic team. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading innovative projects with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships and networks with key clients
  • Identifying high-impact opportunities aligned with business objectives
  • Contributing to team growth and professional development

  • A strong background in organisational design, with experience in design thinking and human-centered design
