Key Fleet Sales Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving fleet sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maximising profitability in the Subaru portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales volume targets for fleet sales through effective business development and relationship-building strategies
  • Meet or surpass Gross Profit Per Unit (GPU) targets by leveraging market insights, product knowledge, and competitor analysis
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new fleet customers to grow market share and increase revenue
  • Participate in tenders and pricing negotiations to secure business and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fleet sales is essential, with a demonstrated track record of success driving growth in a national fleet sales role
  • Consistent ability to meet or exceed vehicle sales targets, with a strong understanding of the fleet sales market and industry trends
  • Experience managing medium business, corporate partnerships, government accounts, and fleet leasing relationships to drive sales growth and expand the customer base
