Instructional Designer Role

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to work on a major technology implementation transformation program.

The Job
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing training manuals, online e-learning, and instructional video design from start to finish.
  • Interpreting process and system configurations to write content from a new user's perspective.
  • Engaging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and relevant stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Facilitating train-the-trainer sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of managing e-learning projects from discovery to delivery.
  • Experience in training operational staff on new systems.
  • Transformation project experience.
  • Facilitation and/or train-the-trainer experience with superusers/SMEs.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools, including Articulate, Camtasia, Office Suite, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work logistics for various training delivery stages.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
