Job Summary

The P&C Coordinator role is a key member of the Human Resources Services Team and will work closely with stakeholders across the region to deliver an integrated human resources function and service.

This role involves responding to general enquiries for internal stakeholders in addition to general administrative support within the team.

A key responsibility of this position is to develop professional relationships across the business and act as a trusted first point of contact for employee relations enquiries, for employees and people leaders across the organisation.

  • Main Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters including leave, employment conditions, and Award interpretation

  • Respond to employee relations and performance management queries, escalating where necessary

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources team including record keeping, audits, and compliance reporting

  • Maintain employee records via HRIS Systems and external portals

  • Support the coordination of responses to external requests (e.g. legal matters, audits)

  • Contribute to team initiatives, policy reviews, and broader organisational strategy delivery

  • Work collaboratively across the People & Culture team to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Cert IV in Human Resources Management and/or minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR or related role

  • Strong attention to detail, taking responsibility for the accuracy of own work

  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise work

  • Intermediate Skills with Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Right to Work within Australia and 100 points of ID

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)

  • Working with Children Check (relevant to the state you live in)

  • HRIS System experience (advantageous)

  • Experience working in NFP / NGO sector (advantageous)
