Your Impact
  • Work alongside passionate leaders, shape our workforce and make a real difference
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coach leaders on performance and people development
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting and metrics
  • Respond to HR enquiries and support tickets with timely, practical advice
  • Identify opportunities to improve and innovate people processes
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture team — Talent, Systems, ER/IR, and L&D
What You Will Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and HR legislation
  • Confidence in managing both day-to-day queries and complex advisory work
  • A can-do attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
