About the Role

This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, site presentation, and ensuring compliance across multiple locations in Melbourne. You will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and fostering a positive community culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate community operations including resident requests, staff supervision, site appearance, and regulatory adherence
  • Maintain occupancy levels through proactive engagement and resident satisfaction surveys
  • Manage contractors, conduct site inspections, and guarantee superior standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Cultivate a warm and supportive community environment
Cooking Relief:
  • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and food safety regulations
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen compliance (HACCP knowledge is beneficial)
  • Oversee food inventory, minimize waste, and act as Food Safety Supervisor when necessary
What We're Looking For:
  • An interest or aptitude for cooking and meal preparation
  • Experience with using systems and processes
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing site operations
  • The ability to multitask and problem-solve using a diplomatic approach

Please note that this role requires a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
