Flight Instruction Specialist

This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, support, and expertise in a dynamic training environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct mission briefs and debriefs as appropriate
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions to pilot students
- Engage with maintenance technicians to report identified simulator issues
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials
- Minimum 2 years experience as a qualified flying instructor or operational flying instructor in an aircrew training environment
- Have a minimum 1000 command hours on multi-engine, multi-crew, and tactical transport aircraft such as the C-27J or similar types
- Experience as a flight simulator instructor is highly regarded
- Hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or have equivalent experience
