Learning Design Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Specialist to develop high-quality online learning content. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying instructional design principles and practices to create engaging online materials and managing the WM-LOL system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop online learning content using instructional design methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to review and refine educational resources and online content.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of assignments and management of expectations.
About You
  • You will have established knowledge of learning management systems, instructional design, and online learning design and development practices.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, prioritize tasks, and lead training activities.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
