Rehabilitation Consultant

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing customized rehabilitation programs that help clients return to the workforce and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vocational assessments and worksite evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
- Provide one-on-one support sessions to clients, promoting independence and enhancing life quality.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless rehabilitation outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation counselling.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Professional registration with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
