Your Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals, utilizing your clinical expertise and guidance to support them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address the whole person, including physical, psychological, and social factors.
  • Conduct assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
  • Identify potential return-to-work pathways and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and address physical, psychological, and social factors.
  • Present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy, with registration with AHPRA and/or ESSA & SIRA.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • A current driver's license and car.
  • Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check.
