As a Conference Coordinator, you will be responsible for acquiring conference and event business through sales calls, telesales, and guest relations activities.

About the Role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all venue enquiries, bookings, and coordination.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and develop tailored plans.
  • Coordinate logistical elements of events including staffing, catering, equipment, and vendor management.
  • Ensure the venue is set up and presented to the highest standards for each event.

You will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including after-hours and weekend work. You will also contribute to content creation for social media and gather post-event feedback for business improvement.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
