This role plays a vital part in our after-hours operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests and owners. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing them with information about hotel facilities and services, local attractions, activities, restaurants, and other essential details.
  • Conducting security patrols, maintaining public areas, and responding to owner requests during after-hours periods.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and provide support as needed. Your ability to calmly respond to emergency situations and effectively communicate with guests will make you a valuable asset to our team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of your work are thorough and accurate.
  • Able to work unsupervised and think critically in emergency situations.
  • Prior experience in security or maintenance is highly regarded.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is essential for this position.
