This role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

About dnata: Recognized as one of the foremost ground services providers worldwide, dnata prides itself on delivering outstanding service to our airline partners and their passengers. We are committed to the professional growth of our employees through comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for passengers at the baggage carousel.
  • Verify loading details for passenger baggage.
  • Monitor carousel operations to identify and resolve issues, including stoppages and passenger inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the below wing team regarding missing baggage.
  • Document and manage rush bags received.
  • Report any issues to the Baggage Services Supervisors.
  • Create and manage files for lost or damaged baggage.
  • Facilitate the delivery of baggage to passengers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of safety and security protocols relevant to the aviation sector.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Additional Information: Employment with dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is contingent upon a successful security clearance, pre-employment medical examination, drug and alcohol testing, and full vaccination.
