About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our healthcare team as a skilled receptionist and client experience officer. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Your primary role will be to support the practitioners by managing clients in the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and introduce clients to the clinic
  • Manage clients in the reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, booking appointments, and processing payments
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of Medicare and HICAPS processing
