Job Title

A dynamic role is available for an Engagement Manager to drive national network growth, promote programs and services, and identify funding opportunities to support ongoing innovation and collaboration.


The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing strategic priorities and building the ecosystem by engaging with stakeholders and facilitating stakeholder engagement initiatives nationally. They will also support the delivery of high-impact innovative projects by providing coaching and guidance, supporting the planning, implementation, and scale of projects and project governance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the national network
  • Promote programs and services to increase awareness and adoption
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support ongoing innovation and collaboration
  • Support the delivery of high-impact innovative projects through coaching and guidance

Requirements

Applicants should have a background working in and understanding the aged care sector and experience in project management. A relevant degree and experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training are required.


Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in preparing business cases, grants, commercial proposals, and applications for philanthropic funding
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including communicating with large groups and facilitating workshops and meetings
  • Well-developed project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
