Product Allocation Specialist

You are a key contributor to the success of our business, responsible for delivering products to customers through effective and timely allocation. Your role involves supporting retail and visual merchandising teams in executing action plans that drive trade and gross profit.

  • Loading and executing the visual merchandise matrix is crucial in aligning directives across all channels.
  • Collaboration with the distribution team is necessary to meet dispatch deadlines and fulfill demand forecasts.
  • Conducting regular site visits, store checks, and distribution reviews validates stock levels and identifies opportunities to optimize inventory.
  • Creating capacity reports for all channels and distributing stock accordingly ensures efficient product allocation.
  • The effective execution of promotional activities across all channels requires strong planning and coordination.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • You possess high attention to detail and accuracy, making you a systems and process champion.
  • A passion for retail and understanding of the landscape is essential for succeeding in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • You excel in Excel, proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis, allowing you to efficiently manage large datasets.
  • Fast, efficient, and well-organized, you are able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
