Job Title: Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machines and conduct processes efficiently to achieve production targets
* Ensure safety standards are upheld

* Perform quality checks on products throughout the stages of manufacturing

Requirements:

* Experience operating machinery (not process worker position)
* Familiarity with a manufacturing environment highly regarded
* Mechanical aptitude and computer literacy required
* Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail essential
* Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
* Self-motivated with good timekeeping ability
* Genuine commitment to safety
