Assistant Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a big-picture approach while ensuring daily operations are executed efficiently, manage costs and productivity with an understanding of profit measures and sales goals, and prioritize customer-first service and high standard of hospitality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless service on every shift, guaranteeing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support talent development, driving growth and excellence within the business.
  • Optimize daily operations to meet sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an assistant management role; preferably in a similar environment.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators, cost control, productivity, and drive to surpass sales targets.
  • A willingness to exceed expectations and pursue personal and professional growth.
