What This Opportunity Involves:

\

This role is part of a high-performing team responsible for managing four A and B grade commercial assets in North Sydney. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations with a strong focus on client relationship management, strategic planning, lifecycle of plant & equipment, project management, capital works, and concentrating on sustainability & economic performance of the assets.

  • Expertise in systems and processes supporting risk management policies ensures buildings remain safe for tenants, visitors, and contractors.

    \

  • Contractor management.

    \

  • Effective communication with tenants formally and informally to gain insights, key drivers, and promptly respond to operational issues.

    \

  • Verification that engaged services and purchased goods are within budgeted costs.

    \

  • Regular inspections to identify change or new risk scenarios and ensure agreed risk management plans reflect current asset states and are implemented according to client instructions.

    \

  • WHS legislation compliance, ensuring operations and maintenance functions conform to the Building Code of Australia and other statutory accountability.

  • Implementation and completion of client sustainability requirements.

  • Managing annual budgets and contributing to business planning for properties.
