As a senior architectural designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing new construction projects for commercial and/or mixed-use buildings through all phases. You will lead teams of architectural designers on domestic commercial buildings and international mixed-use building types.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative construction solutions for commercial and/or mixed-use buildings.
  • Assist in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
  • Collaborate with landscape design, lighting design, and interior design consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure seamless construction administration.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification requirements.
  • Develop complex geometries and experiential design ideas using Grasshopper plugin within Rhinoceros 3D.

A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field is required, along with 10 years of experience in architecture.
